eMasjid provides a cloud-based platform for Islamic centers to manage subscriptions, finances, madrasa academics, and events. Features may be added, modified, or removed from time to time.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. eMasjid cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are exclusive of taxes, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes. Payments are processed via trusted third-party providers (e.g., Razorpay).

5. Content Ownership

We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours. However, by setting your pages to be viewed publicly, you agree to allow others to view your content.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
